All orders will be posted via Royal Mail. Orders under £5 in total will be sent by 1 st class mail. Orders over £5 and under £32 will be sent by Recorded Delivery (Insured) at an extra cost of .75p per parcel. Orders over £32 will be sent by Special Delivery (as per Royal Mail instructions) at an extra cost, based on weight & value, as set out by Royal Mail. If you do not want to pay additional postal charges for insured post, I will do what I can to assist you but you MUST agree to take responsibility for the parcel. If it gets lost or broken I will not take responsibility for refunding you. I will let you know what the shipping cost will be when I respond to your order. Typical costs are determined by weight, once packed.
POSTAGE TO OVERSEAS
All orders will be posted via Royal Mail Airmail. Orders under £30 in total will be sent by Standard Airmail. Orders over £30 in total will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and be Insured (as per Royal Mail instructions). If you do not want your parcel sent insured please advise and I will do what I can to assist you but you MUST agree to take responsibility for the parcel. If it gets lost or broken I will not take responsibility for refunding you. I will let you know what the shipping cost will be when I respond to your order. Typical costs are determined by weight, once packed.
I will endeavour to pack and ship your order within 72 hours of receiving confirmation of your payment (wherever possible I will send out next day after receipt of payment).
Packaging
As a responsible seller, Good Vibrations Crystals understand your concerns for the safe arrival of your crystals and minerals. Each piece is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and/or tissue, to protect them from being bumped. Depending on their size and weight they are packed into a padded envelope or boxed and will generally be in smaller gift boxes inside. Some items are in velvet bags, or fancy bags. |
