Please wait to pay until you receive the invoice as sometimes, such as with multiple purchases that can be packed together in one parcel, I am able to give a postage discount. All payments must be in £ STERLING (GBP) whether from United Kingdom or Worldwide. Just open your invoice, check your order, complete your details as requested and press ‘Pay Now' and I will be sent instant notification of your payment.

For your peace of mind, I guarantee you will be supplied with the item you have selected with NO substitutions - you will receive the exact item shown on my site. Except for items like Gift Vouchers or Crystal Kits, all items are individually photographed and offered for sale – what you see in the picture is the item you receive. If for any reason, the item you have purchased gets damaged before being sent to you, then I will notify you by email offering either a refund or an alternative selection (enclosing photographs of the alternative) – the choice is yours.

If you receive a specimen that was damaged in shipping, and it was insured, please contact me immediately to arrange for a full refund. Note: The item must be returned to me in the original shipping box or bag in order to claim insurance.
